2026 IEOC Dues

This form is for submission as a 2025 renewing member, or only after pre-approval has been received from new or lapsed members via this application form.

Complete this dues payment form to renew your IEOC dues for 2026. This dues cycle will be for January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026. Those paying early in 2025 will receive membership access in 2025.

This renewal form will close for the year on May 31, 2026. A late fee of $50USD will be applied beginning February 1st, 2026. For questions contact the office at: office@equineophtho.org

Only members who have renewed dues by May 31st will be allowed to register for the June 2026 Symposium.
