  • Starting with the report for September 2025 (due October 10, 2025), club secretaries should submit their monthly report form using the new, standardized Monthly Report form on the new Kiwanis Engage system.

    If you are unable to access Kiwanis Engage, we have made a copy of the new report form below that you can use instead.

    For reports for months prior to September 2025, please use our old District report form.
