District Conference Cancellation
Registration cancellations after the registration deadline will use this form, but will not be eligible for a refund, since the conference coordinators have already planned and budgeted for your student's attendance.
Any overpayments will be processed after the conference/activity for which they are requested. Refunds will be processed to the chapter’s account, and not a specific individual. If the chapter has outstanding invoices, any refunds or credits will be applied towards the outstanding balance.
District Conference Event Changes
Event changes after online testing can only move to an event that takes the same test as their currently registered competitive event.
For Team Decision Making events:
We will automatically move the unpaired team member into the corresponding individual event (see chart below).
If the unpaired student wishes to move into a different event they may do so as long it takes the same test (see link above). Please submit an event change by submitting this form a second time.

After the District Conference, if one member cannot attend the next level of competition, no one may be substituted in his or her place, and the unpaired team member CANNOT move into another event. The students qualified as a team, so they must either compete as a team, or cancel as a team - and not advance to the next level of competition.
For Prepared (Pitch Deck) events:
Team members may NOT be substituted between the District, State, and International Conference. Teams are allowed to have members drop out of the competition, with the remaining members allowed to compete at the State or International Conferences.
