NOTE

For tattoos that will take multiple sessions: A consultation and a first appointment will be scheduled. At our consultation we will discuss the plan and estimate the number of sessions. We will schedule the additional sessions in person at the consultation.

For now, I want to schedule:

DEPOSIT & DEPOSIT POLICY

I have read and understand the DEPOSIT POLICY.

I understand that I will receive an invoice for the deposit NEXT FRIDAY via email. I will have ONE week to pay it. If I need more time to pay, I will reach out to Erin to communicate that. If I want the delivery of the deposit invoice to be delayed, I can indicate that below. Unpaid invoices will be canceled and a new form will be required to start the process again.

Check first option if you want the invoice to be sent within the standard 7 days. IF you want the invoice to be delayed, please indicate the date you would like it to arrive to your email.
