For tattoos that will take multiple sessions: A consultation and a first appointment will be scheduled. At our consultation we will discuss the plan and estimate the number of sessions. We will schedule the additional sessions in person at the consultation.

Deposit & Deposit Policy

I have read and understand the DEPOSIT POLICY.

I would like to receive my deposit invoice (choose one below)

I understand that I will receive an invoice for the DEPOSIT within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If I submit this form late Friday-Sunday, I will receive my invoice on Monday.

I understand that I have up to 7 days to pay the deposit. I understand that I CAN request more time to pay the deposit if needed by communicating via email, FB Messenger, or Instagram DM.

I understand that if the deposit goes unpaid, my appointment request form will expire and I will need to submit a new one in order to restart the process in the future.

I understand that I will not be scheduled until my deposit has been paid.
