An Exhibitor is a non-profit organization participating in the Conference to provide information about their organization and activities that will be of interest to the German Genealogical community. Exhibitors may sell memberships and merchandise for fundraising.
Exhibitor area set up begins at 4:00pm on Thursday, June 18 and should be ready by the start of the welcome reception at 6:00pm. The vendor/exhibitor area will be open to conference attendees on Friday, June 19, 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturday, June 20, 8:30am-3:00pm.
Exhibitor Rate is $40 and includes a 6' table and two chairs (additional chairs will be available when you set up.) An electrical connection is available for a fee. If you require more space or additional table(s), tick the "Tell us what else you need" checkbox below. Thank you.
If, in addition to being an Exhibitor, you intend to participate as a presenter and/or vendor, you must complete and submit separate forms for each role (e.g. one as a presenter and another as a vendor.)

The deadline for submitting Vendor and Exhibitor Applications is February 28, 2026.
Note: The deadline for presenter proposals is 10/15/25. You will not be able to submit a presenter proposal after that date.
