  • The Palatines to America German Genealogy Society 2026 National Conference, hosted by the Pennsylvania Chapter, will convene on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  There will be two full days of presentations on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20.

  • We invite individuals and organizations connected to Pennsylvania or German genealogy, research, resources, religious traditions, history, culture, traditions, crafts, to submit a proposal to be an Exhibitor at the conference.

  • An Exhibitor is a non-profit organization participating in the Conference to provide information about their organization and activities that will be of interest to the German Genealogical community.  Exhibitors may sell memberships and merchandise for fundraising.

    Exhibitor area set up begins at 4:00pm on Thursday, June 18 and should be ready by the start of the welcome reception at 6:00pm. The vendor/exhibitor area will be open to conference attendees on Friday, June 19, 8:30am-4:30pm and Saturday, June 20, 8:30am-3:00pm.

    Exhibitor Rate is $40 and includes a 6' table and two chairs (additional chairs will be available when you set up.)  An electrical connection is available for a fee.  If you require more space or additional table(s), tick the "Tell us what else you need" checkbox below. Thank you.

    If, in addition to being an Exhibitor, you intend to participate as a presenter and/or vendor, you must complete and submit separate forms for each role (e.g. one as a presenter and another as a vendor.)

    The deadline for submitting Vendor and Exhibitor Applications is February 28, 2026.

    Note: The deadline for presenter proposals is 10/15/25. You will not be able to submit a presenter proposal after that date.

  • Please describe your exhibit below.  Include enough detail so we can decide how it will fit with our theme.

  • Send us a photo and/or a promotional description of your exhibit for use, at our discretion, in our publicity.
    You may upload up to two files of 300Mb each.  We can accept most file types: JPG, PDF, DOC etc.

    The basic Exhibitor space includes a 6' table and 2 chairs.  You may also request an electrical connection to run your projector or laptop or to charge your device.

  • Amount due on acceptance of your proposal:  

    NOTE: Your final amount due may be greater than shown here if you need additional space, tables, etc.

    If we accept your proposal, we'll contact you and tell you the final amount due.  

  • Please consider increasing your visibility by donating a door prize for a drawing.  If you are willing to contribute something for one of our door prize drawings, please describe it below. This might be a product, society membership, book, etc. - Thanks!
