Birthday Party Contract:

Thank you for choosing Ultimate Martial Arts for your birthday party. We love celebrating with you and work hard to make every party fun, safe and full of memories. Please review and provide the following information to help us make your party a success.

* Some Activities have a max of 8 members at a time.

There is a $50 holding fee which goes towards your final party cost. An email with details will be sent out within 48 hours.
