Order & Service Guidelines:
Orders of 5 bags or 100+ lbs are only eligible for 2nd day service. Orders of 6+ bags or 120+ lbs will require an extra day per additional bag/20 lbs. For orders with 6+ bags/120+ lbs, please select 2nd day service and a team member will be in touch with your updated delivery date once your items have been received.
Same Day Service is available only on Tuesdays & Saturdays for AM pickups (before 11:00 AM) for delivery by 8 PM. Maximum one 40 lb bag.
Next Day Service is available for orders up to 4 bags or 99 lbs and will be delivered by 8pm the day after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Tuesday).
2nd Day Service is available for orders up to 5 bags or 119 lbs and will be delivered by 8pm the day after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Wednesday).
Flex Service orders will be delivered by 8pm on the 4th day after pickup (i.e. orders picked up on Monday will be delivered by 8pm Friday). Orders may be delivered prior to the 4th day if they are completed sooner, but earlier delivery is not guaranteed.
Laundry Refusal & Special Handling Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse, return, or charge an additional fee for laundry containing excessive bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces, vomit, etc.) or any other hazardous material.
Heavily Soiled Laundry: $5 additional fee per bag (includes heavy-duty wash and disinfectant).
Hazardous Laundry (Excessive Bodily Fluids): $20 additional fee. This includes items such as soiled adult diapers, heavily contaminated garments, or any items requiring special sanitization procedures.
Special & Delicate Items Policy
Items such as sneakers, embellished garments, delicates, and specialty fabrics require extra care and may be excluded from standard laundry processing. We do not guarantee against wear, fading, shrinkage, or damage that may occur due to pre-existing weaknesses or normal laundering procedures. Customers who wish to have these items processed must notify us at drop-off or in booking notes, and agree that Bubbles And Hope is not liable for repairs or replacement.
If your items require special handling, please contact customer service at info@bubblesandhope.com before placing an order. Items that violate this policy without prior notification may be returned unprocessed.
