By submitting this Venue Settlement Form, you agree that the information you have provided is true, accurate and correct and that you and the product submitted are subject to the Official Aotearoa Music Chart Rules. You also confirm that you have read, understood and accept the following:
- Forms must be received before 10am Friday during the relevant chart week to count
- Recorded Music NZ and/or its agents has the right to undertake an audit of the information you have provided and may discount at its discretion any information that it deems to be false or unverified
- All sales must meet the eligibility criteria of the Official Aotearoa Music Chart Rules. Special attention must be made to the date the sale was made and the price of the product sold. Note: the performance or release party date will be considered the date of sale to the consumer
- Sales not submitted in a previous Charts week cannot be carried over and be submitted in the following Charts week
- There are penalties that will be incurred for falsifying sales information on this form. The penalties are detailed in section 8.2 of the Official Aotearoa Music Chart Rules
- While we endeavour to include every sales return in Chart calculations, Recorded Music NZ is not responsible for any technical or related issues that result in a Venue Settlement Form submission being delayed or not received
