**Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Payment & Cancellation Policy**

• Your reservation must be paid in full before it is considered booked and you can meet your assigned sitter. Don't worry, if you are not satisfied after meeting your sitter, we will refund your payment.
• We require a 4 visit minimum order. If you requested less than 4 visits, you can either pay the difference or add more visits to your order (subject to sitter availability).
• Cancellations with at least 14 days notice will give 100% credit on your deposit to be used for future sittings. No refunds are given.
• Cancellations 14 days or less your deposit is 100% forfeited. There are no refunds for early return home from trip

An important note on our visit time frames:

Pet sitters can have extremely hectic schedules especially when dealing with things such as traffic, issues at previous sittings, and other factors outside of their control which prevent them from accomodating exact feeding schedules for pets.

Therefore, the pet sitter will visit your cat sometime within the visit time frame you have chosen (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Anytime) with no guarantee on an exact arrival time within that window. Please do not request specific times for the sitter to visit your cat unless they require medication that is administered at more specific times of the day, which the sitter will do their best to accommodate.

Important Reminders About Our Services:

• If you choose to book, you will first have a meet and greet with your assigned sitter. The meet and greet with your sitter is free. 
• We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if upon completing the meet and greet, your assigned sitter is not comfortable with moving forward with the sittings. This includes if your cat shows ANY signs of physical aggression towards the sitter. This is a rare circumstance but we want to make sure it is a good fit for all involved. You will be issued a full refund.
• Your sitter will visit any time during the time frame you have selected and we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for the sittings unless previously discussed and agreed upon. 
• All of our sitters cover specific service areas and some areas we only have one sitter who serves. So although rare, we cannot guarantee there will be a backup sitter available to help out if your assigned sitter has an unforeseen emergency and cannot make the sittings. We will do our absolute best to find a replacement and always let you know ASAP.
