     24-hour live-in house sitting means your sitter stays in your home during the booking, including overnight, and provides consistent care and companionship throughout the day.

    Sitters may step out briefly for normal errands, but this service is designed for cats who do best with more ongoing presence than drop-in or overnight-only care.

    **Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday Payment & Cancellation Policy**

    • Your reservation must be paid in full before it is considered booked and you can meet your assigned sitter. Don't worry, if you are not satisfied after meeting your sitter, we will refund your payment.
    • We require a 4 visit minimum order. If you requested less than 4 visits, you can either pay the difference or add more visits to your order (subject to sitter availability).
    • Cancellations with at least 14 days notice will give 100% credit on your deposit to be used for future sittings. No refunds are given.
    • Cancellations 14 days or less your deposit is 100% forfeited. There are no refunds for early return home from trip

    Before you submit—what to expect

    • Complimentary meet & greet first. Your assigned sitter will schedule a free meet & greet with you to review care details and make sure it’s a great fit.
    • Fit and safety matter. In rare cases, if your sitter does not feel it’s safe or a good fit after the meet & greet, we may be unable to move forward. If payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund.
    • Visits are scheduled in windows. The sitter will arrive within the visit window you selected. We can’t guarantee an exact arrival time unless it’s discussed and confirmed in advance (for example, time-sensitive medication).
    • Backup coverage varies by area. Some service areas have limited coverage. If an emergency prevents your sitter from completing a visit, we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement and will keep you informed as quickly as possible.
