October 31 - November 2, 2025. We will meet at Community Bible Church (2301 Texas Dr. Irving, TX 75062) at 4:30 p.m. Friday, and return to the church at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Location and Lodging

We are staying in a large cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with gender-separate bedrooms. We will have multiple approved, background-checked adults chaperoning this trip. We do not allow less than three people (adults or students in any combination) to be alone together at any location, at any time.
Transportation

We will ride together from CBC with approved drivers over age 25. If your child needs to come late or leave early, please let us know and arrange transportation.
Activities

We'll have games, campfires, worship, group devotionals, and personal quiet times during our retreat, along with hiking and exploring God's creation together! The cabin has a hot tub, and students can bring swimsuits if they want to enjoy that with adult supervision (please use our standard swimsuit guidelines: shorts for guys, 1-piece swimsuit or shirt over a 2-piece for girls).
Food

We'll eat dinner on the road Friday night, then will have a costume party, games, and snacks at the cabin for our first night. The remainder of the weekend we'll enjoy cooking meals together at the cabin, and we'll eat lunch Sunday on the drive home. We'll have a snack bar available throughout the weekend, so if you're able, please send your student with snacks to share!

Registration Fee: $100

Includes 6 meals (dinner Friday through lunch Sunday), lodging, transportation, and activities. There are three options for payment - please indicate below. Cash or check can be placed in the offering box at CBC or mailed to Community Bible Church: 2301 Texas Drive, Irving, TX 75062. Please submit payment by Sunday, October 26th.

Cell Phone Policy: We find one of the most valuable parts of a retreat is building community and enjoying rest in God's creation together. To that end, we'll take up cell phones as we leave and store them securely until the drive home. This allows students to get a true break and enjoy the time together without any outside distractions or pressures. We will send leader contact information to parents so you can reach us.*
