This test helps us confirm your contact information is correct. We use this system for emergency closures, early dismissals, inclement weather, transportation updates, and other urgent needs. If you did not receive the test or received it on the wrong line, please complete this form so we can fix your record.

      Dear Parents/Guardians,

      This message is the email portion of our annual districtwide test of the Hanover Township Public Schools mass communication system. There is no emergency, and no action is required unless something below does not reach you.

      This test confirms that all systems are working and that the contact information we have on file for every family is current and accurate.

      Right now, every parent and guardian should be receiving all three messages:

      ●  This email
      ●  A text message (SMS)
      ●  A phone call

      Please check every phone number and email address you have on file with us and confirm that all three arrived.

      If one of them did not reach you

      Step 1. Log in to the Genesis Parent Portal and verify your phone numbers and email addresses. Correct anything that is out of date.
