• MCS Transfer Credit Approval

  • IMPORTANT! BEFORE YOU START THIS FORM:

    This form is intended for any student seeking transfer credit from an MCS department (biological sciences/neuroscience, chemistry, mathematical sciences, and/or physics). 

    Please submit a separate form for each course requested. 

    In order for us to consider your course for transfer credit, we require

    1. A detailed course description for each course and
    2. A recent copy of the syllabus (not more than one year old for preapproval requests).

    You will be notified via email with the status of your request. 

    Upon completion of an approved course, have the school send an official transcript either via email to mcstransfercredit@andrew.cmu.edu or mailed in a sealed envelope directly to:

    Current Students:

    Submission limit is 3 (three) requests at a time for preapproval. You should prioritize your request in order of preference.
