• 2026 MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FIBER ARTS FESTIVAL Vendor Application

(Formerly the Mountain & Valley Wool Festival)
  • Welcome!

We are delighted to be back in 2026!

MAVWA's move to Durango, CO has provided us with a wonderful opportunity to expand our vendor and activities space. With this increased capacity, we aim to broaden the offerings at our festival to include a diverse range of natural fiber types - beyond just wool - and to include beautifully crafted fiber art.

*** MAVWA wants to clarify that you do not need to reside in the MAVWA 'region' to apply and participate in the Fiber Arts Festival. We welcome applications from across the US - and even worldwide! ***

We have streamlined our application and jury processes for 2026 and implemented a later deadline for Vendor applications -  **Sunday, August 15th**. Additionally, we will be implementing a "rolling" jury process. This means that as soon as we receive your application, it will be submitted to, and reviewed by our jury.

This year, we are offering 'Early Bird' pricing for booth fees.  As well as giving you a price break, it will help us estimate the space we'll need.  Be aware that we encourage you to apply early in order to be included in the printed Festival Program as the content is finalized in August.

If you are accepted into this year's festival, you will need to send payment for your booth within two weeks of notification.  Your space is not confirmed until we receive your payment.

You'll be able to come back and complete this form later, but before you exit, you must complete all required fields - marked with * - then be sure to click 'Save' at the end of the form.

  • Before you proceed you should do the following:

    1) Carefully read the 2026 Vendor Information document which contains important information about applying for the Festival, and what you'll need to provide to us.

Note: If you are applying for a space as an Organization or Nonprofit, please continue with your Application HERE after reading the relevant '2026 Organization Information' document on our website.

    2) Apply for MAVWA membership if you haven't already: only MAVWA members may apply for space at the Festival and you need to be a member in order to submit your vendor application. Click HERE for a link to the Membership page.

Please note that if you are applying for a booth as a business/organization, your membership must also be at the $60 business/organization etc. level.

    3) If accepted, you will also need to provide a certificate of insurance and the relevant local Sales Tax documents. Details are in the Vendor Instructions document.

If you have any questions or need help with this form, please email our Vendor Coordinator at VendorInfo@MAVWAWoolFest.org
