4) Send Deposit once Invoice is received, via
i) Etransfer to: admin@embarkpettransport.com
ii) Credit Card (through the Invoice link)
iii) Certified Cheque or Money Order
iv) Via Wire Transfer (See Details below(
Notes:
I) The Invoice # will also be your File #, and should be in the subject line of all future email Communiques.
II) When Possible, please try to use the same email thread.
III) Should you not have a microchip certificate, here are a few options that would work in lieu of:
A) If adopted from SPCA (or other) an Adoption Certificate should be sufficient, so long as it shows the Microchip # and date of adoption.
B) Ask Vet to provide one (a Letter on their own letterhead)
C) Contact EIDAP or 24HRPetwatch (usually 1 of the 2) and ask for them to send it via email.
D) Have Vet add the wording to the RABIES Vaccination Certificate:
"Microchip was scanned and verified prior to administering the Rabies Vaccine on ____"(if hand written in, have vet initial beside this)
IV) Vaccinations that may be required for your Destination could include:
CATS:
i) Rabies
ii) FVRCP
DOGS:
i) Rabies
ii) DHPP
iii) Lepto
iv) Bordatella
v) CIV (Canine Influenza)
V) Other items Possibly Required - when available to you, and as we move closer to Closer to the Departure Date: a) Health Certificates* - Destination, Fit to Fly & Transit** b) Personal flight booking** c) Crate and Pet Pictures d) Work Visa / Letter**
