    As part of the Assembly's programme spotlighting exciting new research, the agenda will include research presentations from disciplines across the community. We invite researchers to submit an abstract telling us about their high impact research for consideration by the Senior Management Board.

    Complete this form by Friday 20 March 2026, 17.00. 

    Eligible presenters will be asked to provide additional resources:

    • Encouraged to bring an A1 poster to the Assembly for display during the networking sessions.
    • Optional - provide a recorded presentation (5 minutes, approx. 5 slides)

    All suitable posters, abstracts and recordings will be published on the website and posters will be displayed at the event.

    **Early Career Researchers - separate process**

    If you are an early career researcher, to complement activities taking place at the Early Career Forum, you must use the the Early Career-specific form rather than this one. The early career definition is provided here.
