Employees handling or selling age-restricted products — including tobacco, vape/e-cigarette items, cigars, wraps, CBD, and related accessories — must be 21 years of age or older under Texas state law.
Store Policy Highlights:
• Check a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every sale that requires age verification.
• Refuse the sale if the ID is expired, altered, or doesn’t match the customer.
• Follow all signage and carding requirements at the register.
• Document refusals or suspicious IDs per company procedure.
Because this position involves selling or handling age-restricted products, applicants under 21 are not eligible for employment at this time.
