Thank You fo your interest in Volunteering for the Brantford Pagan Meet & Greet.
Volunteers like yourself are a great help in making things run smoothly and effieciently, like the Vendors this event runs on people like you as well.
The BPM&G has been running and growing since 2008 and with our expansion this year we are hoping to get more Volunteers to help out.
Whether you are able to help for one hour, or the entire day all time given is appreciated and can be accomodated for.

Below is a brief outline of where we are looking to get Volunteers for and what the duties for each entail.
If you are a student and are looking for your community service hours I will gladly fill out the forms your school needs.

SETUP / TAKE DOWN
Helping with tables and chairs in the hall, and assisting Vendors who may like a hand with basic setup.
CHILDREN'S AREA (Tentative Area) ~ Keeping an eye on children while they do some activities.
CONCESSION ~ Sales of beverage and food to attendees of the event.
KITCHEN ~ Basic assembly of food for customers (Requires Food Safety Certificate)
ANY ~ Willing to help in any area required.
OTHER (Tentative Jobs)
Sign waving, Parking director, general assistance.
