'Over 50s' - We have workshops aimed specifically at the Over 50s. Being creative, using your imagination and having fun are what we do. These workshops have been running for two and half years and have proved an enormous success with over 50 people attending each week. Each session last 1.5 hours and costs £10 which can be paid by cash or card at each workshop. They are held in the studio at Chorley Theatre and run Sunday evening or Monday or Wednesday mornings. 'Open Age' - weekly workshops for anyone of any age (16+) no previous experience is necessary. Creative games and exercises which will spark your imagination and build your confidence. You will be taught acting skills using the 'evolve method'. We do performances on stage - to your family and friends; make films and do radio plays. Each session last 1.5 hours and costs £10 which can be paid by cash or card at each workshop. Held in the studio at Chorley Theatre on Mondays (9.30am) or Wednesdays (5.30pm) or Saturday (2.30pm). ‘Drama Workshops’ – for parent and child - a chance for you to attend a workshop with your child/children. At our weekly workshops (term time only) you will use drama techniques to have fun. Games, exercises and small plays will help you build confidence and fuel your imagination. You will also get to spend precious time with your loved ones all under the guidance of our expert group leaders. They will be held at 3.45pm (until 4.45pm) in the Studio at Chorley Theatre, on a Monday or a Tuesday or a Wednesday. These workshops are designed for parent/carer/grandparent and their child/children. The whole family can attend or just an adult and a child. Please note, a child cannot attend without an adult. This workshop is aimed at children aged 5-12, adults can be any age (must be 16+). The price is £5 per adult and £5 per child. To book a place please complete the form HERE
‘SEND’ - specifically designed adult (16+) workshops for 'Disabled People'; 'Neuro Diverse' and individuals with 'Special Educational Needs and Disabilities'. Delivered every week - on a Tuesday at 11am or a Saturday at 2.30pm. Each workshop lasts 1.5 hours and costs £10 per workshop.
