Section 4: Field Trip Scholarship Request
Please select a maximum of two scholarships from the list below:*

Full Program Scholarship (covers the full program fee $9 per student)Partial Program Scholarship (covers part of program fee; schools pay $4 per student)Transportation Scholarship (provides funding for round-trip transportation expenses)
Teachers, one-on-one aides, and additional school staff receive free admission for field trips. Scholarships do not cover the fee for additional chaperones, which is $14 per chaperone

Section 5: Transportation Scholarship Policy
If a Transportation Scholarship is selected, the following information must be submitted in order for your application to be considered.

Please note, that in the event that your school recieves a Transportation Scholarship, scholarship funds are contingent upon receiving the final transportation invoice within 60 days of the scheduled field trip date. Billings Farm & Museum is not responsible for transportation costs if the invoice is not received within this timeframe.

In signing below I certify that the information above is accurate, and I am authorized to apply for a field trip scholarship through the Billings Farm Field Trip Fund. I understand that this information will be used by Billings Farm & Museum staff to determine whether my school receives scholarship funding as requested. If my school receives scholarship funding as requested, I agree to share information on my satisfaction with the scholarship application process, my communication with staff, and quality and impact of the field trip with Billings Farm & Museum staff. Further, I understand that Billings Farm & Museum staff may share information I have provided in this application with current and prospective Scholarship Fund donors.
