     THIS FORM IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL (1 ringer) ONLY!

    We can place individual ringers with other groups, but if you want to play a specific position, we recommend you provide your own foam, bells, chimes and mallets.  We'll place you near/adjacent to folks in the same range.  

    DO YOU KNOW WHAT GROUP YOU WANT TO RING WITH?  If so, don't use this form.  You can ask the contact person to ADD you to the group.

    If you are willing to accept a position in a range (below C4, C4-C5, D5-B5, C6 & up multiple bells) we will find you a place to ring for $15, and all you'll have to bring is your music (and maybe mallets.) You can ask to be in the same group as 1 other person.

    Please note that a deposit of $75 per ringer is due within two weeks of receiving your invoice, and the balance of all registration fees is due by May 1, 2026. New registrations will be accepted up until May 27.

    Refund Policy: All registration fees minus $75/ringer are refundable up until May 1, 2026.

  • HOTEL INFORMATION: Registration Fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations. 

    The festival will take place at the La Vista Hotel & Conference Center. The Conference center is connected to both an Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel and a Courtyard by Mariott hotel. We have a guaranteed block of rooms at both hotels for each of Wednesday through Saturday nights. Our reduced rate is $249.00 (plus taxes) for single or double occupancy. Rooms must be booked by May 27th to receive our reduced rate.

    Those who choose not to stay at the conference hotel and live outside a 50 mile radius from the hotel must pay an off-site lodging surcharge of $25/person. This helps insure we meet our contracted room blocks, keeping all costs as low as possible.
