Prairie to Pine Regional Council Meeting

This registration form is for Ministry Staff, Lay Delegates, Visitors, Guests and Regional Staff

There is a separate online form for Youth Delegates/Visitors.

Please complete all relevant sections of the form. Please be sure to click on the "Submit" button at the very end to complete your registration.

Deadline for registration is April 30, 2026.

Please be advised that there will be no table groups, no tables in the meeting space. Please pack your bags and bring your mug with a proper lid.

*Please note registrations submitted but payments not made by May 15, 2026 will be declared void.  To ensure that you are registered, please send in payment promptly following registration.

A $40 administration fee will be deducted from refunds requested by May 21, 2026. After May 21, non-attendance refunds will only be granted on an exceptional basis.
