Photo Consent
As part of the Young Technicians course, there will be photography and videoing throughout. Because of this, we require all young people visiting Nottingham Playhouse to complete a consent form so that we know who has permission to be photographed/filmed.

You do not have to give photo consent to be part of the Young Production Technicians group. However, a photo consent form must be filled in for your application to be considered.
