The Colorado Airstream Club is coordinating the finances of this tri-club rally and taking care of both the reservations and payments for the campground and bus tour.

After registering (within 24 hours), you will receive an invoice from the Colorado Airstream Club. Please watch for it. It may go to your spam folder, depending on your settings.

The subject line of the email will indicate that it is a payment request for the New Mexico club. This is not spam email. You should open the email and click on the payment link. You will not be registered until the invoice is paid.

Mesa Verde Rally Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the Colorado Airstream Club strives to refund as much of the recoverable expenses as possible as quickly as possible.
Refunds for cancellations will only be made when the rally host fills your spot from the rally waitlist.

* Cancellations for the camping and 700 Year Bus Tour can be requested up to May 1st to receive a full refund.
* Cancellations after May 1st will be refunded all recovered fees, but will not be processed until AFTER the rally ends (June 15). After May 1st, it is possible that some/all fees ma not be recoverable.
* All refunds will include a 3% credit card fee and a $20 cancellation fee.

The Colorado cancellation coordinator and treasurer will determine if a refund can be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
