Artist/Collective Arts Funding Application Form - Spring 2026 Intake
Please read the following information carefully before beginning your application:

This form is intended for individual artists and collectives. If you are applying as an organization, please complete the Organization Application Form instead. We strongly recommend that you draft your responses in a separate document and save your work before copying your answers into this form. This will help prevent any loss of information in the event of a technical issue.

Applicants must clearly indicate their total requested amount. The maximum request is $10,000.We encourage all applicants to attend one of our upcoming Information Sessions, which will include a Q&A and guidance on completing the application.
