Furry Tattoo Weekend Vendor Call

We are excited to be hosting our second Furry Tattoo Weekend! This is a non-ticketed weekend event held at Unkindness Art (2923 North Avenue) in Richmond, Virginia from August 28-30, 2026. FTW will feature a furry gallery show, welcome mixer, tattoo flash day, mini-vendor market, and afterparty party at a local bar.

The last day of Furry Tattoo Weekend - Sunday, August 30, 2026 - will feature a mini vendor hall open from 12 - 6 PM. You can apply to sell at the vendor market using this form.

Does your booth setup require access to electricity?

Would you be interested in a slightly larger “booth” composed of 1.5 spaces for an additional fee?

Do you have any dietary restrictions? We try to provide food that fits any dietary restrictions for our vendors, such as gluten free, vegan, etc. and this information will help us to provide food for you during the event!

Generally the spaces will come with chairs, but no tables. Each vendor space will be unique, as it is in an active tattoo shop, with art, sculptures, etc. on the walls behind your table space. Bringing a backdrop or sheet to drape or obscure these objects is allowed but please do not tape/nail/etc. anything to the wall behind you.

We will have a break room, snacks, and drinks available to vendors. The space is ADA compliant and has a wheelchair ramp & small loading area for staging.

NEW FOR 2026: We are adding additional spaces outside under a covered tent. This space is still accessible to the main dealer's room, should have an additional access point for both dealers and customers, will remain ADA accessible, and may contain a beverage cart. We will work with chosen dealers closer to the date to figure out exact layouts and information about the outdoor space.

ACCEPTABLE MERCHANDISE:

All merchandise sold or displayed by dealers must be in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
The sale of work with generative AI content, fully or partially, or merchandise produced from generative AI art, is prohibited. AI is defined as artwork or art elements generated by an Artificial Intelligence program such as Midjourney that has been trained on other artists' work. Generative AI art does not include tools such as content-aware fill available within drawing programs such as Clip Studio Paint or Photoshop.
FTW requires that sexual imagery be censored for display to the public; this means that genitalia should be censored with an opaque material such as tape, post-it note, etc.
As this is an all-ages event, explicitly sexual materials such as insertables or other sex toys are prohibited.
Vendors are required to check the ID of any customer interested in viewing or purchasing adult merchandise to ensure the customer is at least eighteen years old.

GENERAL RULES:

Tables are not provided. It is recommended that you provide a 6' folding table or smaller for your space. Folding chairs can be provided if needed!
Electricity is limited. Providing your own extension cord or power strip is highly recommended.
Spaces may vary slightly in size but should be roughly 8 feet wide and about 6 feet deep.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in either indoor or outdoor vendor spaces.
