  • Based on your previous answers, no training is required. However, Code of Ethics and Fair Housing are still required for every 3-year cycle for REALTOR® members, and may apply if this was not met.

  • All regular billing notices will be emailed from info@baldwinrealtors.com. BR does not mail invoices. Add this email address to your safe sender list now. Lack of receipt of email does not excuse late payments. Please initial that understand and agree.

  • Some, but not all, Baldwin MLS fines can by avoided if corrected within 3 days. An email notice will be sent from compliance@baldwinrealtors.com to correct the violation. Add this email address to your safe sender list now, so you don't miss the opportunity to correct any violations. Uncorrected violations will result in a fine. Please initial that you understand and agree.

  • MLS FEES MAY APPLY - Any office admin or assistant with an active Alabama Real Estate License in a a member office who has access to Baldwin MLS must pay Baldwin MLS fees. If the license is inactive, no fees are assessed. The invoice will be available to pay on your BR member portal after your application is processed. Once paid, all dues and fees are non-refundable.
