Onze kookrecepten, lesmethodes en cursuscultuur voor workshops (zoals manga- en andere workshops) zijn ontwikkeld voor persoonlijk gebruik in huiselijke of privé-sfeer.

Inbegrepen bij het reguliere tarief:
Het recht voor de deelnemer om persoonlijk te koken, te creëren en van de ervaring te genieten.

Niet inbegrepen: Commerciële gebruiksrechten, het recht om derden te onderwijzen (inclusief het organiseren van soortgelijke workshops/lessen), en het ongeautoriseerd hergebruik van onze kennis voor commerciële doeleinden (zoals opname in horecamenu's of digitalisering/contentcreatie).

Het toepassen of kopiëren van onze recepten, technieken, lesmateriaal of lesopbouw voor zakelijke doeleinden (zoals het starten van een eigen soortgelijke workshop of commerciële exploitatie) valt onder ons Professionele / Commerciële Tarief. Bij ongeautoriseerd commercieel gebruik of kopiëren geldt met terugwerkende kracht ons professionele tarief, evenals mogelijke aansprakelijkheid voor schadevergoeding.

Achtergrond en reden van deze voorwaarden

Onze recepten, kooktechnieken, stappenplannen voor manga-instructie en algehele workshop-methodiek (hierna "Original Cursusmateriaal") zijn het resultaat van jarenlang onderzoek, praktijkervaring en investeringen. Zij vormen ons belangrijkste intellectuele en commerciële eigendom.

Het reguliere tarief is uitsluitend bedoeld als "gebruikslicentie voor persoonlijk/privégebruik". De aanname dat één enkele deelname het recht geeft om onze methodes en recepten vrij te kopiëren of te gebruiken voor eigen zakelijke doeleinden of lessen, is dan ook uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan.

Het ongeautoriseerd overnemen van onze kennis of het kopiëren van onze cursusstructuur tast onze bedrijfsvoering en merkwaarde ernstig aan. Bent u van plan onze kennis zakelijk toe te passen of een soortgelijke workshop te starten? Dan geldt het professionele tarief (vanaf 3x het reguliere tarief) en dient vooraf een licentie-overeenkomst te worden ondertekend. Neem in dat geval vooraf contact met ons op.

EN: Important Notice Regarding the Use of Our Recipes, Content, and Teaching Methods
Our recipes, teaching methods, and workshop formats (such as manga workshops and others) have been developed for personal use in a domestic or private setting.

Included in the standard fee:
The right for the individual participant to enjoy cooking, creating, and experiencing the workshop for personal use.

Not included: Commercial usage rights, rights to instruct third parties (including hosting similar workshops or classes), and unauthorized secondary use of our knowledge for commercial gain (such as adding dishes to restaurant menus or creating commercial content).

Incorporating or copying our recipes, techniques, teaching materials, or curricula into a business venture (including launching similar workshops of your own) falls under our Professional / Commercial License.

Any unauthorized commercial use or imitation will result in retroactive billing at the professional rate, as well as potential legal claims for damages.

Background and Purpose of These Terms

Our culinary recipes, preparation steps, manga instruction guides, and overall workshop methodologies (collectively referred to as "Original Educational Assets") represent valuable intellectual and commercial property built upon years of research, practice, and development investment.

The standard workshop fee is structured solely as a "license for personal enjoyment." We strictly reject the assumption that paying a standard attendance fee grants the right to freely copy, reproduce, or use our teaching methods and recipes for personal commercial gain or teaching purposes.

Unauthorized commercial exploitation or curriculum imitation severely harms our business foundation and brand value. If you intend to use our knowledge for commercial purposes or plan to launch a similar workshop, you must declare this in advance to apply for our Professional License (starting from 3x the standard fee + signing a licensing agreement).

Als de ontvanger van de cadeaubon echter werkzaam is in een relevante sector (zoals de horeca, onderwijs/workshops) of de kennis zakelijk gaat gebruiken, lees dan de onderstaande voorwaarden zorgvuldig door.

EN: If you are attending the workshop solely for personal hobby use, or if you are giving a gift card to someone who will also use it purely as a hobby, you do not need to read the text below.

However, if the gift card recipient works in a relevant business (such as the hospitality sector, food industry, or education/workshops) or intends to use the knowledge for commercial purposes, please read the following terms carefully.

Belangrijke informatie over Cadeaubonnen (HORECA / Professioneel gebruik)
Ook als de koper van de cadeaubon een particuliere klant is, geldt dat wanneer de ontvanger van de cadeaubon (de daadwerkelijke cursist) een HORECA-professional, ondernemer of zakelijke gebruiker is, ons Professionele Tarief en de bijbehorende licentie-overeenkomst van toepassing zijn.

Reguliere Cadeaubon (Particulier): Uitsluitend geldig voor persoonlijk en privégebruik door de ontvanger.

Professioneel / Zakelijk gebruik: Indien de ontvanger de opgedane kennis zakelijk wenst toe te passen (zoals opname in een horecamenu of gebruik in een eigen workshop), dient het verschil met het professionele tarief te worden bijbetaald en vooraf een licentie-overeenkomst te worden ondertekend.

Let op: Controleer bij het schenken van een cadeaubon het gebruiksdoel van de ontvanger of neem bij twijfel vooraf contact met ons op.

Even if the gift card purchaser is a private individual, if the recipient (the actual participant) is a HORECA professional, business owner, or attending for commercial purposes, our Professional Rate and Licensing Agreement will apply.

Standard Gift Card (Personal Use): Valid strictly for the recipient's personal and private enjoyment at home.

Professional / Commercial Use: If the recipient intends to use the workshop knowledge for commercial gain (such as restaurant menu integration or hosting their own classes), the price difference for the Professional License must be settled, and a licensing agreement must be signed prior to attendance.
