1. Zakelijk en Commercieel Gebruik
Bent u (of iemand in uw groep) momenteel werkzaam in de horeca of voedingsindustrie, of bent u van plan onze recepten, technieken of lesmethodes voor commerciële doeleinden te gebruiken? Ter bescherming van ons intellectueel eigendom gelden dan de volgende voorwaarden:
Tarief: Professioneel tarief (vanaf 2x het reguliere tarief, afhankelijk van de omvang)
Vereiste: Een vooraf te ondertekenen licentie-overeenkomst.

2. Voor Deelnemers met Ervaring in de Horeca of als Kok Particuliere Deelname:
Beschikt u over ervaring in de horeca, maar bent u momenteel werkzaam in een geheel andere sector en heeft u geen enkel oogmerk om de opgedane kennis nu of in de toekomst commercieel te gebruiken? Dan kunt u deelnemen tegen het reguliere tarief.
Boeteclausule achteraf: Indien u na individuele deelname alsnog besluit de kennis of recepten voor zakelijke doeleinden te gebruiken, zijn het tariefverschil voor professionals en de vastgestelde boeteclausules met terugwerkende kracht van toepassing.
3. Samenwerkingen (Joint Venture / Co-branding)
Bent u niet op zoek naar een reguliere workshop, maar wilt u een zakelijke samenwerking voorstellen (zoals een joint venture of co-branding)? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op via dit formulier om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.

1. Business & Commercial Use
If you, or anyone in your group, are currently employed in the food/hospitality industry or plan to use our recipes, techniques, or teaching methodology for commercial purposes, our professional terms apply to protect our intellectual property.
Rate: Professional rate (starting at 2x the regular rate, depending on the scope of use)
Requirement: A signed prior license agreement is required before participation.

2. For Participants with Hospitality / Cooking Background
Personal / Hobby Use: If you have prior experience in hospitality or as a chef, but currently work in a completely different industry and have no intention of using the knowledge gained for business or commercial purposes (now or in the future), you are welcome to participate at the regular rate.
Retroactive Clause: If you participate at the regular rate and subsequently use or adapt our recipes/knowledge for commercial purposes, the professional rate difference and contractual penalties (sanctions) will apply retroactively.
3. Collaborations & Partnerships (Joint Ventures / Co-branding)
