General Rules for Daycare
1. Group play is based on temperament; your dog may be taken out of group play and turned out solo if staff think they aren't getting along well with others.
2. Drop off is 7:20 - 9:00 am. Pick up is 4:30-6 pm. If you pick up before 4:30, you must make an appointment. There is a $15 late pick-up fee for anytime after 6:30 pm unless discussed with KB.
3. Crating is not optional; we crate during lunch break and feed the dogs any lunches brought in the crate.
4. Creekside Canine is not responsible for dogs returning damp or dirtier due to normal play and enrichment activities. With increased water and outdoor play, especially in the warmer months, many dogs leave feeling like they’ve had a full day at the creek. If you’d prefer them to head home fresh and clean, we encourage booking an end-of-stay bath or grooming add-on.
5. Any intact female who comes in season will be picked up immediately and is unable to attend daycare for the duration of her heat and at least 5 days after.
6. Dogs with any open wound or who are recovering from surgery (ex: spay or neuter) cannot be introduced to group play for at least 10 days post surgery. They may attend daycare on a crate rest and solo turn out schedule if needed 5 days post surgery. Please contact KB to plan for that.
