Please fill out the form below. We will contact you shortly to let you know if your application has been approved (we are careful not to duplicate cuisines - get your application in early for the best shot!) Once approved, we will send you a payment link, or you can mail a check.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You are also responsible for securing and paying for a permit from the Health Officer (Hopewell Borough).
- A separate permit from the Hopewell Valley Bureau of Fire Safety will be needed for any vendors using propane or any open flame. Links are on our website.
- Vendors must commit to participating on the rain date, October 3, if weather forces postponement of the Fair.
- If you are a Gold Sponsor or higher the fee is waived, but please register here instead.
- If you are a 501c3 that has not registered with us before, you will need to submit a copy of your IRS determination letter via email.
Zero Waste Policy:
- The sale of single-use containers of water is not permitted at the fair. We offer free a water refill station and encourage Fair Goers to bring reusable bottles.
- For additional recommendations, visit our website.
PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE FAIR ALL DAY. THE FAIR RUNS FROM 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.
