    The decision tree assumes you have not booked your appointment for a visa medical.

    before attending your appointment.

  • HAP-ID: You will need your HAP-ID to be seen, so it is important you have it.
    Your HAPID is usually on the top left corner  of your referral letter.

    Tests to be taken: The lists of tests you need to take are at the top of Page 2 of your referral letter.

    Please note, if you recently had Health Examinations in the last 12 months, you may not need to repeat all tests. Your referral letter will specify required examinations.
