AAOS charges a non-refundable administrative fee for each meeting/event space request at The Venetian hotel and is charged per event, per day. Fees will be invoiced upon confirmation of meeting space. Exhibitors: $500 Non-profit/Affiliate Groups: $350 (Fees will increase by $100 after January 8, 2027) Payment is required to submit a request.

AAOS Staff: A standard AV package will be provided in your meeting room, including a screen, projector, and HDMI connection for your laptop. It is assumed that presenters will use their own laptops, so please indicate if a laptop is needed.
