Complete this form to apply as a Sales vendor at the 5th annual downtown Roseburg Blocktober Fest. Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a block party presented by NeighborWorks Umpqua set to take place in historic downtown Roseburg. The Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a one-day event to experience much of what Roseburg has to offer in art, music, makers, food, drink, and family fun. Blocktober Fest takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11am –6pm. This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome.
Please note - we are prioritizing vendors actively engaged in the hands-on creation of their goods.
What: Downtown Roseburg Blocktober Fest
When: Saturday, October 3, 2026 | 11am - 6pm
Where: Historic Downtown Roseburg, OR (event spans SE Jackson and SE Main Streets from Lane to Douglas)
Cost: Vendor fee (no power) = $100 for one 10x10 space / Vendor fee (with power) = $250 / Food Truck = $250
There is no vendor fee for non-profit/community partner* vendors - please refer to the Community Partner Vendor application form available at: Community Partner Booth - Application Form
NeighborWorks Umpqua is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization. All payments are classified as donations and will be receipted with NeighborWorks Umpqua's EIN. All in-kind donations must have good faith estimates of value.
