WPFC Volunteer Tracking Form: Single Shift

Use this form to log any WPFC volunteer hours that you completed outside of events and committee meetings. Please have all your volunteer hours for each month logged and submitted by the 7th of the following month.
This form uploads one volunteer shift at a time. If you are a frequent volunteer, consider bulk uploading your hours via this form.

This form does NOT track volunteer hours completed during WPFC events or WPFC meetings involving an agenda/meeting notes. These hours should be tracked by the event leader or meeting chair when they fill out the separate Event Tracking Form.
