CAHSMUN 2027 Delegate Registration

Thank you for your interest in CAHSMUN 2027! Our 23rd session will be held at the Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 2–4, 2027.

Prior to selecting your committee and country preferences, ensure you have explored the various committees and the country matrix.

If you are registering with your school and do not see it in the list below, your institution may have yet to register for the conference. If this is the case, please have your sponsor teacher or head delegate access the school registration form here.

Delegates must register with an organized group, whether that be a school, extracurricular academy, or community organization. All delegations must have an adult chaperone stay overnight.

Unless your delegation has arranged for school payment, you will be prompted to pay using a major credit card in Canadian dollars. If you need financial assistance to attend CAHSMUN 2027, please complete the bursary application form.

Within one week of submitting this registration form, you will receive an email containing your committee and country/position assignment. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Gwyneth Ge, USG Delegate Affairs, at delegates@cahsmun.org.

Committee and country/position availabilities can be found on our country matrix. 

CAHSMUN strives to provide delegates with their first preference committee and country/position preference based on availability and experience. If the requested position is no longer available or if the delegate does not meet the necessary experience, our Delegate Affairs team will work to find a similar assignment.

We are happy to work with individual delegates to review their committee/country assignment by email at delegates@cahsmun.org.

CAHSMUN is proud to continue its Delegate Mentorship Program as part of our Foundations initiative. Beginner delegates may register as Mentees, while experienced delegates may apply to become Mentors. Mentees and Mentors in the same committee are paired for the duration of the conference, allowing for continual support and guidance during committee sessions.

This program gives new delegates an opportunity to improve their diplomatic skills in a guided environment, while allowing veteran delegates to foster a welcoming committee environment and gain the experience necessary to apply for staff positions.

At this stage, we are conducting an interest check for the Delegate Mentorship Program. Note that answering the below question does not confer any positions; more information on the program will be released leading up to the conference.
