  • ASCEND 2026 | Seattle SHRM Mentorship Program

    Thank you for your interest in being a mentee for ASCEND 2026 Fall Cohort!

    This program is designed to provide guidance, support, and professional growth for individuals who are looking to enhance their HR knowledge and skills, or advance early in their HR career, or looking to break into the Human Resources profession.As a mentee, you will be matched with an experienced HR mentor for a three-month program, which includes: 

    🔹 A kickoff event to set expectations and build connections
    🔹 Regular touch points to advance your learning
    🔹 Closing Ceremony


    📌 Mentee Responsibility: As a mentee, you are expected to take the lead in the relationship—initiating meetings, setting goals, and making the most of this opportunity!  

    There is a program fee for mentees:

    Seattle SHRM Members - $40
    Non-members - $70

    Note: The program will run from September to December 2026.
