Welcome to the Tampopo Kai Fall 2026 Attendance Form!

Please read the brief instructions below before completing your form:
- Please do not fill out this from if you have NOT purchased a Tampopo Class bundle From the Fall Tampopo Registration Form!
- Select Your Purpose: Use the options below to indicate whether you are reserving dates with existing credits, or canceling an upcoming RSVP.
- Select the Date of the Class You Will Attend: You must select your exact attendance dates in the form below. You are able to buy classes for two different children with the same bundle. If you have a child under two you can select the dates you would like to attend but these dates will not detract from your bundle. If you are unable to attend on a day you selected you are welcome to cancel.
- 24-Hour Notice Policy: To keep your class credit and ensure proper room setup, all date selections and cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to class time.
- JASC Membership: Please ensure you hold an active JASC Family Membership to qualify for member pricing.
- Rollover & Expiration: Unused class credits automatically roll over to future sessions and are valid through June 30, 2027.

Introducing: Tampopo Kai Class Packs

We know flexibility is key for busy families. You can now purchase class packs in sets of 5 or 10. These can be purchased at any time and repurchased whenever your balance runs low.
Reminder: You must have an active JASC Family Membership in order to receive the JASC member pricing. Please check our website for detailed membership information.

If you are not a current member, please purchase a membership before purchasing classes at the member rate. If you are a member but are not sure if your membership has expired, please contact us as info@jasc-chicago.org.
Class Pack Policies

Tampopo Kai classes may only be purchased by a 5-class or 10-class bundle.
- Rollover: If you don't use all your classes in the one session, they will automatically roll over to the next session.
- Validity: All class packs are valid for the entire 2026-2027 school year.
- Expiration: Please note that all class packs will expire at the end of the Summer 2027 session (June 30, 2027)
- Sibling Rate: Siblings under 2 years old are FREE. Siblings 2 years old or older should be registered separately
- A FREE one-class trial: We are now offering it for newcomers.

Early Class Play Time & Library: 10 - 10:30 am

Late Class Play Time & Library: 10:30 am - 11 am

Japanese Immersion Class 12:30 pm - 1 pm

Registration & RSVP Policy

How Class Packs Work:
1. Purchase Your Pack: Select a 5-Class Pack, 10-Class Pack, or Free Trial below.
2. RSVP for Dates: Purchasing credits does not automatically enroll your child for specific days. Use the RSVP Link here or in your confirmation email to select the exact dates your child will attend.
24-Hour Notice Required:

To ensure proper room setup and materials:
- Bookings & Changes: Submit or update your RSVP at least 24 hours before class.
- Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to keep your credit for a future date.
RSVP & Cancellation Policy: You must select your dates or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reserve materials and keep your class credit.
