Onboard Awards Entry Form

This year we have made it easier than ever to enter the Onboard Awards. There's just now one form to fill in where you can enter all the information required.

Before you begin, we recommend you prepare your entry information ready to copy and paste or upload into the form. This includes contact information, company logos (png or jpeg), product descriptions, and product images in a downloadable link.

You cannot save the form once you have started, so make sure you're ready to see it through to the end! 

Entries cost £480 with discounts on multiple entries.

Entries close December 1 2026.

An invoice will be sent to you within two working days of completing your entries. This must be settled by December 31 2026. We reserve the right to exclude any entries if payment is not made in full by December 31 2026.

A few things to note before you begin...

Be prepared 

We recommend you prepare your entry information offline ready to copy and paste or upload into the form. This form cannot be saved, so if it times out, your progress will be lost.

Give us some great images

Please make sure you provide high-quality images of your product. These may be used to promote your entry across the Onboard Awards and Onboard Hospitality channels, so the better the images, the better we can showcase your work. These can be supplied with links to WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar.

Let us know where the product is onboard

All products must be onboard by 1 February 2027, with the exception of entries in the Ones to Watch categories which are for products not yet onboard.

Tell us as much as you can

The more information you provide, the more you give our judges to consider. When completing your submission, keep the judging criteria in mind:

• Innovation
• Quality
• Execution
• Operational effectiveness
• Sustainability
• Presentation
• Taste, where applicable (don't worry – our judges won't be tasting amenity kits!)

Think about what makes your product stand out, how it delivers for passengers and crew, and the impact it has in a real onboard environment.

We'll double check the number of entries you have supplied and then send an invoice within two working days. Remember, this must be settled by December 31 2026 in order for your entry(s) to be included in the 2027 awards.
