- Partners receive exhibit space at $2,000 per meeting, which is $800 off the standard rate.
- No payment is taken here. CSA will issue an invoice for the total.
- Prices are per meeting unless noted.
- Items marked ANNUAL ONLY are available only at the Annual Conference in Anaheim.
- Items marked OPEN TO ELIGIBLE COMPANIES ONLY are limited to ACCME-eligible organizations such as hospitals, health systems, academic departments and local hosts.
- Quantities are limited and assigned first-come, first-served.

Terms and Acknowledgement
Terms & Conditions
All sponsor and partner recognition is provided within ACCME guidelines. Submitting this form reserves your partnership level. CSA will countersign a written agreement and issue an invoice, and the partnership is confirmed when that agreement is executed. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Partnership levels and add-ons are assigned first-come, first-served. All partnership applications are subject to CSA approval, and participation does not constitute CSA endorsement of any product or service. Items marked open to eligible companies only are available solely to ACCME-eligible organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, academic departments and local hosts, and CSA confirms eligibility before accepting a reservation. CSA retains full control of all CME content in accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education. Room drops, food and beverage, and branded items are subject to hotel availability, minimums, and production deadlines, which CSA will confirm upon reservation. Logos are due 60 days prior to each event in vector format (.EPS or .AI) or as a 300 dpi PNG. Acceptance of an application by CSA constitutes a contract, and the partner and all on-site staff agree to comply with the CSA Exhibitor Code of Conduct and all rules, restrictions, and directives issued by CSA.
