Terms & Conditions
All sponsor and exhibitor recognition is provided within ACCME guidelines. CSA will invoice you for the total on this form; payment is due on receipt of invoice. Exhibit space and sponsorships are assigned first-come, first-served upon receipt of payment. A late fee of $200 per exhibit space applies to reservations made within 60 days of the event start date. Cancellations received 60 or more days before the event receive a refund less a 25% processing fee; no refunds are issued within 60 days of the event. One multi-meeting discount per company per year; discounts are not combinable with other offers. All sponsorship and exhibit applications are subject to CSA approval, and participation does not constitute CSA endorsement of any product or service. Items marked open to eligible companies only are available solely to ACCME-eligible organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, academic departments and local hosts, and CSA confirms eligibility before accepting a reservation. CSA retains full control of all CME content in accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education. Room drops, food and beverage, and branded items are subject to hotel availability, minimums, and production deadlines, which CSA will confirm upon reservation. Logos are due 60 days prior to each event in vector format (.EPS or .AI) or as a 300 dpi PNG. Acceptance of an application by CSA constitutes a contract, and the exhibitor and all staff agree to comply with the CSA Exhibitor Code of Conduct and all rules, restrictions, and directives issued by CSA.

- Items marked OPEN TO ELIGIBLE COMPANIES ONLY are limited to ACCME-eligible organizations such as hospitals, health systems, academic departments and local hosts.
- Quantities are limited and assigned first-come, first-served.
- Thinking bigger than one meeting? The Year-Round Partnership runs the full calendar year and includes exhibit space at $2,000 per meeting. Only twelve exist for all of 2027.

Unrestricted Educational Grant: Are you interested in supporting CSA's accredited education with an unrestricted grant? Under the ACCME Standards, CSA makes all decisions on the receipt and use of the funds, the grant cannot influence content or faculty, and the company cannot pay any expense directly. CSA discloses the supporter by name to learners, without logos or product messages. Grants are handled separately from the exhibit and sponsorship selections on this form.
