Rehearsal Availability, Holidays & Other Commitments

Mandatory Availability: Performers MUST be available from Sunday 28th March - Sunday 4th April 2027. This is due to the complexity of the production and for safety reasons.

Due to the limited rehearsal period, commitment is essential. Please tell us about any pre-booked events, holidays, or exams below. Tech week and show dates are compulsory for all cast members. We compile our rehearsal schedule around your commitments, so it's vital you provide us with this information. If you have no holidays or commitments, please leave these sections blank.

2. I agree that no further holidays or commitments will be taken or booked during the rehearsal periods.
3. I understand that the rehearsal fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and that payment must be made before or on the day of the first rehearsal.
4. I understand that performers must be available from Sunday 28th March to Sunday 4th April 2027. This is due to the complexity of the production and for safety reasons.
5. I understand that anyone who is not available for any reason during the evenings of the week of the show will unfortunately be unable to take part, and their involvement will be automatically withdrawn.

Photography and Video Consent Statement

I hereby give my consent for photographs and/or video recordings to be taken and used by the Princes Youth Theatre for publicity, promotional, or educational purposes. These materials may be used in print, online, and on social media platforms.
