Troop Travel Notification Form
Volunteers must submit this form to notify GSMW when their troop plans a trip or outing that takes place outside of the troop’s regular meeting time and location and does not require council approval.

This notification helps GSMW stay informed about troop activities and provide support when needed.

For trips or activities that require council approval, please submit the full Troop Trip & High Risk Activity Request Form instead of this form.
