  • ★ STUDIO POLICIES ★

    Please take a moment to read through the following policies before your appointment. These policies are in place to keep booking fair, appointments running smoothly, and the studio safe and comfortable for everyone!

  • DEPOSITS + BOOKING

    ★ A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your tattoo.

    ★ Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

    ★ With at least 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment.

  • LATE ARRIVALS 

    ★ If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible! Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

    ★ If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

  • CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

    ★ Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    ★ Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    ★ Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

  • DESIGN CHANGES

    ★ Minor adjustments to size, placement, or details can be made at your appointment.

    ★ Significant design changes may require additional time, a price adjustment, or rescheduling.

    ★ Your final design, size, and placement will always be reviewed and approved by you before tattooing begins.

  • PRICING + PAYMENT

    ★ Pricing varies based on size, placement, detail, and time required. Any pricing provided beforehand is an estimate unless otherwise stated.

    ★ Any changes that affect pricing will be discussed with you before tattooing begins.

    ★ Payment is due in full at the completion of your appointment.

  • GUESTS 

    ★ You’re welcome to bring one guest, but for sanitation, safety, and limited space, they will be asked to remain in the reception/waiting area during the tattoo procedure.

    ★ Children under 12 are not permitted in the building.

  • TOUCH-UPS

    ★ Touch-ups are available for $25 once the tattoo is fully healed (4-6 weeks).

    ★ Touch-ups are intended for minor pigment loss that may occur during the normal healing process.

    ★ Changes, additions, or fading caused by improper aftercare, picking/scratching, excessive sun exposure, or other circumstances outside of the artist’s control are not considered standard touch-ups and may require a separate appointment.

    ★ Certain placements—including fingers, hands, feet, and other high-friction areas—naturally experience more fading and may require additional touch-ups.

  • REFUNDS

    ★ Deposits and completed tattoo services are non-refundable.

    ★ If Itty Bitty Ink Co. must cancel your appointment and is
    unable to reschedule you, any applicable deposit will be
    refunded.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    ★ Itty Bitty Ink Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
    service when necessary for health, safety, professional, or
    legal reasons.

    ★ This may include, but is not limited to, intoxication, illness,
    unsafe or compromised skin at the tattoo site, inappropriate or
    threatening behavior, or circumstances in which the requested
    tattoo cannot be performed safely.
