    Application Process

  • The Christmas season can be a joyful time, but for many families, it can also bring its challenges. At Silky Oaks Children’s Haven, we believe every child deserves to feel the magic of Christmas. That’s why we are proud to launch our ‘Gifts of Giving 2026’ initiative. Helping to bring smiles, hope, and holiday cheer to children in need this Christmas. 

    Application Dates:
    Opens: Friday, 16th October at 9:00am
    Closes: Sunday, 13th December at 5:00pm 

    How to apply:
    Choose which method is easiest for you:
    Option 1: Direct link
    Complete the application via the below Jotform link

    Option 2: In Person
    Visit the Reception desk Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, to collect a paper application.

    Once completed, please submit either via email reception@silkyoaks.org.au or return it to reception in person. 

    What Happens Next?
    Submitting an application does not guarantee a gift, but we will do our very best to support your request. If we are able to help, we will contact you with the good news and arrange a collection time ilater November/early December.

    Gift Collection Details:
    Location: Silky Oaks Children’s Haven
    218 Manly Road, Manly West QLD 4179
    Please bring identification that includes your child or children’s names (e.g. Medicare or Health Care Card) to confirm your dependants.

    Important Reminders:
    - Missed appointments may result in your application being withdrawn 
    - Only two family members can attend collection due to limited available space.
    - Unfortunately, children cannot be present in the collection area.
