By voluntarily checking the SMS consent box and submitting the YourBA AI intake form with your phone number, you agree to receive automated text messages from YourBA AI about your inquiry, requested service, service follow-ups, and requests for honest feedback or reviews.
This program does not include promotional text campaigns.
Consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is not required to submit the form.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service activity.
Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile provider.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
You may receive a confirmation of the opt-out, after which this program will stop sending messages to that number.

Only enroll a number you control or are authorized to use; notify us if your number changes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Requests for reviews are voluntary: no incentive is offered, and customers may share honest feedback regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
We handle personal information under the YourBA AI Lead Intake & SMS Privacy Policy linked from the enrollment form.
Any materially different messaging purpose requires new consent.
Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
