  • Please use this form when requesting a new video or design for an upcoming event, activity, program, ministry change or announcement. We will do our best to fulfill all requests, but please keep in mind that all requests will be measured against the priorities of the church.

    Once we receive the form we will follow up with any questions, concerns, comments, or related commentary about the state of the world. 

    Filling out the form below will not add your event (if it is an event) to the church calendar. Please use the Calendar Request Form to have it added to the calendar, if you have not already done so, allowing it to be properly setup and promoted. It would be sad to have a fancy graphic or video without any place to go...

    Graphic Design and Video Production - 3 Weeks (This allows 2 weeks for design/production and 1 week for proofing and editing.)

  • Video Production

    If you need a video produced for your event/ministry please fill out the fields below. The complexity of the request will determine timeline. Also, depending on current church priorities not all video requests will be granted. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Graphic Design

    For internal printing, PDF files will be provided for your ministry. If your project requires external printing please add 2-3 weeks time frame for shipping.
  • What do you need designed? Note: postcards, flyers, etc. can only be used at a reserved kiosk or the welcome desk. They cannot be left of hung up in any other areas of the building.*
  • Date you would like your graphic design completed by. (Allow at least 3 weeks)

  • Does this need to be sent for outside printing?

  • If you would like please attach a couple of inspirational images. In other words, if you were searching on google attach any graphics you liked that are similar to what you are looking for. It could be fonts, colors, graphics, etc.
