A Quick Quote that's easy and straightforward

1. Fill out the form by selecting the desired model along with Accessories. All accessories are priced separately from the device. Confirm the correct connectors are selected for your chosen device..

2. An optional 7 Year Extended Limited Warranty can also be selected, the cost based upon the model selected. Only valid for 110/120V systems used in the USA

3. Agree to the Extended Limited Warranty, but only if you have selected it.

4. Enter your name, email, phone and address.

5. PROMOCODES:

Should you have a PROMOCODE enter it. The final price will be adjusted in accordance to the discount percentage assigned to the Promocode.

For order shipped outside the USA, enter INTSHIP as the PROMOCODE. The shipping fee will be $00.00. The buyer must arrange for international shipping, typically throguh DHL International. You will find the discount either next to the selected product or under the shipping fee on this form. Our office will assist you in this process.

See pricing per model In addition to the Standard Warranty, an Extended Limited Warranty, when purchased, is handled as a maximum out-of-pocket expense of $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs for parts only. This means any repairs, after the original Standard Warranty period expires, will never cost more than $750.00 in any given year during the Extended Limited Warranty period. Be advised that an Extended Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of periodic maintenance for PEMF Devices fabricated with a spark gap chamber. Only the PEMF Systems, Inc repair facility can fix or replace a spark gap chamber. An Extended Limited Warranty does not cover labor, delivery loops, Mag Discs, power cords or any accessories. An Extended Limited Warranty included with the purchase of a new device will NOT be transferred to a new owner if the original buyer sells the device.

Extended Limited Warranty Agreement
If you included 7 Year Extended Limited Warranty this cost may be reduced by use of certain Promo Codes.

The Repair fees for any selected Extended Warranty is handled as a maximum out of pocket expense of $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs.

This means any repairs, after the original Factory Warranty period expires will never cost more than $750.00 in any given year.

The Extended Limited Warranty does not cover delivery loops, mag discs, power cords or any accessories. These are considered 'expendables'

3 year Factory Warranties for new devices can be transferred to a new owner for a one-time $25.00 administrative fee.

An Extended Limited Warranty for new or refurbished devices are non-transferrable if the device is resold.
