This form is designed to allow you to select a Magnus or HERO Pro device and various accessories for a preliminary quote.

Apply any available discount code you may have obtained. Use of this form does not constitute a final sale.

A Quick Quote that's easy and straightforward

1. Fill out the form by selecting the desired model along with Accessories. All accessories are priced separately from the device.

2. An optional 7 Year Extended Limited Warranty can also be selected, the cost based upon the model selected.

3. Enter your name, email, phone and address.

4. From time to time, the factory offers discounts. Thus, should you have a PROMOCODE enter it - The final price will be adjusted in accordance to the discount percentage assigned to the Promocode. You will find the discount either next to the selected product or under the shipping fee on this form.

5. Agree to the Extended Limited Warranty, but only if you have selected it.

6. Read the Privacy Policy.

7. Save or Print the order with the buttons above Privacy Policy. In order for us to actually receive your quote, It must be submitted by pressing the SUBMIT button. Please remember, the form's purpose is only to generate a quote.

8. Once Submitted you will receive a pop-up "Thank you" message with a link to select your preferred method of funding, should you decide to move forward with a purchase, after receiving a formal invoice. The same Funding link will be sent in the Auto-response email verifying your submission.

9. We will then contact you to verify your submission and review any questions or considerations you may have.

10. If/When you are ready to move forward, a formal invoice will be generated and sent for your signature. Once approved your order will be processed.

* Be advised that devices do not automatically carry a 7 year Extended Limited Warranty. However, we have provided an option to choose one, if an Extended Limited Warranty is important to you.

The Hoof Pro XL is designed for larger hooves of Shires, Clydesdales, Percherons and Draft Horses and are hand fabricated in a 14” diameter x 3/4” thick pad, multiple cutouts to reduce weight and allow for easy pick up. Delivered with a 12 ft extension cable. A 7.00” copper coil in embedded in the center. Yes, the horse can be fitted with any of the latest shoe technology from plastic to metal, when applications are administered. (Heart Bar Shoes are the exception)

The Equine Wings is a 24-inch in diameter large joint loop. It is configured with a 12-foot lead and comes with a dual Neutrik connector (shown above), or an E-Connector. A carrying case with two compartments is included with the purchase of the Equine Wings, which is capable of holding all of your equine loops (and the Hoof Pro XL too).

Extended Warranties - Available for US and Canadian purchases only $750.00

See pricing per model In addition to the Standard Warranty, an Extended Limited Warranty, when purchased, is handled as a maximum out-of-pocket expense of $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs for parts only. This means any repairs, after the original Standard Warranty period expires, will never cost more than $750.00 in any given year during the Extended Limited Warranty period. Be advised that an Extended Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of periodic maintenance for PEMF Devices fabricated with a spark gap chamber. Only the PEMF Systems, Inc repair facility can fix or replace a spark gap chamber. An Extended Limited Warranty does not cover labor, delivery loops, Mag Discs, power cords or any accessories. An Extended Limited Warranty included with the purchase of a new device will NOT be transferred to a new owner if the original buyer sells the device.

Extended Limited Warranty Agreement
If you included 7 Year Extended Limited Warranty this cost may be reduced by use of certain Promo Codes.

The Repair fees for any selected Extended Warranty is handled as a maximum out of pocket expense of $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs.

This means any repairs, after the original Factory Warranty period expires will never cost more than $750.00 in any given year.

The Extended Limited Warranty does not cover delivery loops, mag discs, power cords or any accessories. These are considered 'expendables'

3 year Factory Warranties for new devices can be transferred to a new owner for a one-time $25.00 administrative fee.

An Extended Limited Warranty for new or refurbished devices are non-transferrable if the device is resold.
