  • Note: Occasional Students may take up to 16 credit hours before SBC application must be made. Before registration for your 17th credit, you must be accepted as a regular SBC student.

    Courses taken in the Online Semester are for credit only, not for audit. 

    Courses taken Online via Microsoft Teams can be taken for credit or audit. If you would like to register for an Online Teams course please register using the Occasional Student Registration form.

  • Online Suitability

  • Prior to beginning your first online course with SBC you must complete the Online Suitability Assessment. If you have not completed the assessment please do so before continuing.

  • All new online students will be required to successfully complete the Introduction to Online Education mini-course before starting their first online course. This is a free 0-credit introduction to online study and will be completed during the weeks leading up to the start of the semester. More details to come.

  • **In order to simultaneously take courses at two educational institutions a visiting student must present a letter of permission from their home institution to their visiting institution. Please make a request to your home institution's Registrar's Office to send a letter of permission to SBC prior to the start date of your course.

  • The following on-campus courses are available to take remotely either live on Microsoft Teams or by watching video recordings of classes. See the full course schedule HERE.

  • Note: The Reading Hebrews to Revelation courses are being offered in partnership with Prairie College and will run through Prairie College's learning management system and with an instructor from Prairie College. Further details will be sent to you after submission of this form.


  • Academic Integrity

  • Once registration is complete you will be given access to your course in Populi, our Learning Management System, by means of a username and password. By signing below and submitting this form you agree to access and manage your account in accordance with SBC's online academic integrity policy.

    "The student registered for an online course must be the student completing the work. By using their user ID and password the student affirms that they are, in fact, the person registered for the course and the person getting the credit. Students are responsible for any and all users of their account. Students may not give someone their password or allow others to use their account."

  • Note: If you have previously paid SBC through Rotessa, please contact the finance office directly to set up a new payment plan (breimer@sbcollege.ca).

    For new Rotessa users: To set up a monthly payment plan, open the following link in a new window, complete the form, then return to this page to finish this form. Please set up the plan so that the first payment is received prior to the course start date.

    Once payment plan has been verified, registration will be processed.

  • Official notification from the third party must be received by SBC prior to the start date of your course(s). Notification should be sent to academics@sbcollege.ca.

  • Official proof of student loan approval must be submitted prior to the start date of your courses(s). Submit a screenshot of the amount of student loans to be received to academics@sbcollege.ca.

  • This total will be added to your student account. Please contact Bonnie Reimer to make payment arrangements.

  • The finance office will be in contact with you shortly to confirm your payment plan. Once payment has been confirmed your registration will be processed.
