Please read the information below prior to filling out the request form.
If you are ordering a wedding cake, please use this tasting request form instead.
- Please allow at least five business days' notice for basic cakes with inscriptions or printed images.
- Please allow two weeks' notice for complex cakes (3D, figurines, cut-outs, tiered, specialty recipe requests, etc).
- All orders require at least 50% deposit to be confirmed.
- Orders for delivery require full payment to be confirmed. Please indicate party address for an accurate quote.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur a 20% cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled within 4 business days of the due date, the customer will also be liable for charges incurred due to artwork, materials in progress, and allotted time on our decorating schedule.
New Location Opening!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our second location at 1837 W Grand in wonderful West Town, Chicago.

Pick-ups will be changing!

Beginning November 1st, all orders will need to be picked up from our new location at 1837 W Grand Ave. Our Wicker Park clients may still request to pick up from our original location at 1736 W Division. Please let us know if you have any questions.
