Please read the information below prior to filling out the request form.
If you are ordering a wedding cake, please use this tasting request form instead.
- Please allow at least five business days' notice for basic cakes with inscriptions or printed images.
- Please allow two weeks' notice for complex cakes (3D, figurines, cut-outs, tiered, specialty recipe requests, etc).
- All orders require at least 50% deposit to be confirmed.
- Orders for delivery require full payment to be confirmed. Please indicate party address for an accurate quote.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations incur a 20% cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled within 4 business days of the due date, the customer will also be liable for charges incurred due to artwork, materials in progress, and allotted time on our decorating schedule.
Pickups for all cake orders are by default available at our 1837 W Grand Avenue location in West Town.

Pickups at our 1736 W Division location in Wicker Park is by request only.
